The beach is located right below the island’s famous medieval town of ‘Kastro’ ( ‘Castle’). Visitors can combine a wonderful sightseeing at one of Skiathos’ most magnificent monuments, with a fresh swim into the crystal blue waters of the beach. Additionally, the rustic, traditional, Greek tavern will definitely fulfill your visit and make this day a day to remember! There are three ways to get to the beach: you can use a boat, or you can join the daily cruises (organized by local businesses) that start early in the morning from the old port of Skiathos, or even by car. The paved road that leads to the beach by car, may seem a bit steep towards the end. You can park your vehicle, walk an approximately 200m path and there you are!
