Megas Gialos

Megalos Gialos beach is located at the northeast coast of Skiathos. It is a vast, untouched by human intervention coast, separated into two parts by a huge mass of rock. Even though the bottom of the sea is quite rocky, the color of the water is crystal blue, making it an ideal place to visit for divers-swimmers who seek to explore the stunning beauty of the sea’s underworld. The beach is surrounded by steep, total green slopes, which offer you a mesmerizing view of the Aegean Sea! To get to the beach, you follow the route towards the Kalivia area. You take a right when you come to the fork in the road, and when you get at the end of the road, you park your vehicle. Finally, you walk through a bit bumpy path for a while, and there you are! Totally worth the wait!
