Platanos Tavern is located on a hill among plane trees with a unique view of Skiathos Town and the Aegean Sea.
It has been operated by the Dioleta family since 1990 as a small tavern. After the asphalting of the road and easy access by car (7 minutes) from the center of Skiathos in 2000, the Platanos Tavern became a point of reference for visitors to the island for the wonderful view and the homemade food of Mrs. Konstantina.
In 2010, the terrace was expanded into an amphitheatrical space and Giorgos and his wife Maria, keeping the tradition with fresh fish caught by Giorgos and Greek cuisine as well as breakfast, made the restaurant now one of the favorite places for locals and tourists.
