Ξάνεμος
Η παραλία του Ξανέμου βρίσκεται στην βόρεια πλευρά του νησιού και απέχει 3χλμ από το κέντρο της Σκιάθου. Είναι η συνέχεια του αεροδιαδρόμου και θα απολαύσετε απογειώσεις με τα αεροπλάνα να περνούν κυριολεκτικά πάνω από το κεφάλι σας. Τα νερά είναι πεντακάθαρα αλλά όχι τόσο ρηχά και βρίσκεται πάνω στην παραλία μια καντίνα. Έχει μεγάλο πλάτος και σίγουρα δεν θα νιώσετε στριμωγμένοι . Καλό θα ήταν να συμβουλευτείτε τον καιρό καθώς με βόρειους ανέμους ίσως να μην είναι αρκετά ευχάριστη κυρίως για οικογένειες με παιδιά

Xanemos is a beautiful, wide beach, with crystal clear -yet a bit deep- waters, located at the north side of the island. It is only 3klm away from Skiathos’ downtown. Moreover, as the beach is very close to the island’s airway, you may have the opportunity to watch -from a really, really close distance- planes’ landings and takeoffs! In addition, on the beach you can, also, find a canteen where you can taste delicious drinks and snacks. We strongly advise you, though, to check the weather conditions prior to your visit since the area is prone to strong, north winds.
